1.1   Future Room" refers to the immersive virtual room provided by Enfin Technologies.

1.2   "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using Future Room.

1.3   "Content" refers to all data, text, graphics, video, audio, and other material shared or displayed within Future Room.

2. Use of Future Room

2.1   Account Creation: To access certain features of Future Room, users must create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information.

2.2   User Responsibility: Users are responsible for:

• Ensuring their devices meet the technical requirements for using Future Room.
• Securing their account credentials and preventing unauthorized access.

2.3   Prohibited Activities: Users must not:

• Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.
• Distribute malicious software, spam, or engage in hacking activities.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of Future Room or third parties.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

3.1   Platform Content: All Future Room assets, including software, designs, and trademarks, are the property of Enfin Technologies and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute platform content without explicit permission.

5. Payment and Subscription

8. Termination

8.1   Enfin Technologies may terminate or suspend a user's access to Future Room if they violate these Terms.

8.2   Upon termination, users must cease all use of Future Room, and any licenses granted to users under these Terms will end.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

10. Updates to Terms & Conditions

Enfin Technologies reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or email. Continued use of Future Room after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
